Our ceramic is made by hand and fired in a ceramic kiln at a temperature of around 1080°C. During this process can happen almost everything, because clay and glazes are so unpredictable as Northern lights  To achieve the highest standards every product goes through the quality control process. Because Viola is Mrs perfectionist - our main line of products have only 100% perfect pieces. Of course, there are also some "not perfect ones". In most cases, our imperfect product is completely fine from the functional point of view and many people, especial, not ceramics don't see any difference in comparison to the "perfect" product. So, today you have the perfect opportunity for YOU to buy our imperfect ceramics at a really good price and help us give them new homes  Feel free to message us if you would like to see pictures of what exactly is "not perfect". Usually, imperfections are so small so they may be barely visible in photos, but we'll try our best.


Last but not least a bit of information:
Our ceramic knobs are equipped with metal inserts on the back.
The screw used for assembly can be adjusted in a 5 mm increment. You can easily match its length to the thickness of the front panel of your pieces of furniture. Easy to follow instructions are attached and will be included in your parcel.
No more inconvenience of the threaded bar which sticks out like from many other ceramic handles/knobs.
Very easy installation process! Just remove your old handle, trim supplied screw and install the new one! Easy-peasy! No drilling - no mess.

Because we treat our planet with the highest respect our packages are reusable and recyclable. Cardboard box, starch-based chips and gold paper.
