Handmade Ceramic Koi Fish Mosaic – Made to Order
A unique, handcrafted ceramic mosaic of a Koi Fish, inspired by the Japanese tattoo style I deeply adore. Each piece is created in my Viola Ceramics Studio using high-quality clay and glazes, fired at 1260°C for durability and richness of colour.
The design is created by the talented tattoo artist Ghis Melou, and then interpreted in clay to become a striking ceramic artwork. The finished mosaic is mounted on mosaic mesh for easier installation.

A similar, larger-scale mosaic was proudly showcased during London Design Week 2018 at the 100% Design show.

Packaging
Each mosaic is carefully secured to an MDF board. Every individual ceramic piece is then cushioned with protective packing materials and placed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure safe delivery.
If you’d prefer an OSB (wooden) crate, please contact us for details—we are happy to arrange this.

All mosaics are made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for creation.
